Overview

Performs HR activities that support multiple business unit leaders and shared service providers that employ domestic and globally-based employees.  Scope of accountability includes employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS and reporting activities. Assists with analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and emerging needs. Provides high level administrative support and coordinates special projects/programs as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business administration, HR or related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years’ Human Resources experience.
  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR required.
  • Excellent computer technology skills to include Excel, presentation software, and HRIS database systems.
  • Experience with iCIMS or Cornerstone OnDemand a plus.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
