HR Systems Analyst

Focused on support services for HR technology operations supporting both our domestic and global workforce.  Partners with HRIS system vendors to manage service, software updates, file integrations, and sourcing new/replacement vendors, which monitoring and maintaining system performance.   Additional accountability includes HRIS systems, data metrics tracking and benefits reporting, vendor billing reconciliations, and unemployment claims processing.  May be required to provide support to end users across the company for HR and learning systems to include hardware, software, other technology equipment, and business-related applications. Works on special projects and escalates complex issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • 3+ years of overall experience in a similar position or within Human Resources.
  • Reporting and filtering data from multiple systems (Cornerstone, PowerBI, iCIMS, bswift, Ceridian, or GP preferrable).
  • Advanced computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
