The Team Lead - Domestic Relocation is responsible for providing comprehensive relocation services for corporate clients and their transferring families. Additionally, this role leads a team of relocation consultants in the successful service delivery of all relocation services utilized by clients, including home marketing assistance, household goods, move management, home search services, mortgage assistance, temporary living assistance, employee relocation policy counseling, financial administration, etc.
The Vice President - Global Business Development is responsible for sales and business development activities intended to secure corporate relocation contracts for the organization with clients in an assigned region or territory. Base + Sales commission structure. Reports to the Senior VP, Business Development
Performs HR activities that support multiple business unit leaders and shared service providers that employ domestic and globally-based employees. Scope of accountability includes employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS and reporting activities. Assists with analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and emerging needs. Provides high level administrative support and coordinates special projects/programs as assigned.
Under the direction of an accounting manager, the staff accountant will perform a variety of general accounting support tasks for the A/R and A/P departments. The accountant selected for this role should be a positive team player with strong attention to detail.
Responsible for account management of assigned clients. Represents the organization as a subject matter expert and client liaison and works to identify and implement additional business development and revenue opportunities. Ensures operational and workflow efficiencies while providing comprehensive data reporting. Consults with senior executives on action plans to achieve revenue goals and service levels for clients and transferees. Acts as primary account manager for US Domestic and International Mobility clients, including those requiring compensation services, and as a regional support for clients based elsewhere.
