We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a centralized team that works across multiple JK business lanes with a focus on quality processes and high-volume at scale. As part of the Recruiting team, you will have unique access to tools, resources, best practices, and new recruiting technologies that are designed to enhance a Sourcer’s capabilities.
In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies against a timeline and will utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. We are looking for a candidate that thrives in innovative, fast-paced environments, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of recruiting and will forge dynamic relationships with key stakeholders. You will perform candidate generation, account management, candidate assessment and interview preparation.
The Technical Writer produces instruction manuals, SOP’s, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and
technical information more easily. They also develop, gather, verify, and disseminate technical information among customers
and designers. Reports directly to the Program Manager. Works with a variety of developers, technicians, business unit
managers and support staff to develop technical or end user documentation, typically used for training and reference.
Focused on support services for HR technology operations supporting both our domestic and global workforce. Partners with HRIS system vendors to manage service, software updates, file integrations, and sourcing new/replacement vendors, which monitoring and maintaining system performance. Additional accountability includes HRIS systems, data metrics tracking and benefits reporting, vendor billing reconciliations, and unemployment claims processing. May be required to provide support to end users across the company for HR and learning systems to include hardware, software, other technology equipment, and business-related applications. Works on special projects and escalates complex issues to ensure timely resolution.

The Social Media Manager is the strategic lead social media management for enterprise corporate brands, the professional brands of its leaders, and affiliated brands. A true storyteller, the Social Media Manager must engage audiences, weaving and calendaring stories across multiple platforms in addition to developing, sourcing and leveraging different types and forms of content across multiple media for use in paid and organic social channels. Tracks and optimizes the performance of social media presence based on analytics and performance based on KPIs. Ensures the team stays ahead of the curve of the latest social media trends to improve the customer experience and leverage ongoing consumer involvement.
This entry-level administrative support role provides support to Expense Management Staff such as file creation and maintenance, data entry, and reporting.
Responsible for program, administrative, and clerical support for relocation counselors. Works closely with relocation counselors to understand client programs to facilitate smooth service deliver to transferee and client.
The Accounts Receivable (A/R) Supervisor manages invoicing, driver payments, commissions, 3rd Party invoice payments and month-end reconciliations for Commercial Moving, Archives and Warehousing services to ensure all revenue and direct expenses are captured in the correct period. Responsible for relocation and project calculations and will assist various team members with special projects as needed. Reports to the Sr. Accounting Manager.
This key role is responsible for exceptional account management of assigned clients. Represents the organization as a subject matter expert and client liaison and works to identify and implement additional business development and revenue opportunities. Ensures operational and workflow efficiencies while providing comprehensive data reporting. Consults with senior executives on action plans to achieve revenue goals and service levels for clients and transferees. Acts as primary account manager for US Domestic and International Mobility clients, including those requiring compensation services, and as a regional support for clients based elsewhere.
Leveraging extensive market knowledge, this role acts as an “ambassador” to the industry, contributing to thought leadership, client benchmarking, and other advisory projects.
