The Product Manager will serve under the direction of the Chief Strategy Officer. This role is the product manager lead and will be responsible for developing a product strategy that delivers what our clients want accurately and while the customer still needs it; helping to drive a competitive advantage for CapRelo.
The Office Administrator will serve under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and is the first point of contact for responding to inquiries, clients and business contacts entering the facility or making service inquiries via telephone or e-mail and routes/forwards incoming calls as appropriate. This key business support role performs a variety of special projects and activities to include Internet research; spreadsheet and collateral material preparation; marketing projects; etc. Assists with projects for members of the executive leadership team, and manages calendars, business travel, and team support services with general administrative and cross-group projects, and partners closely with the other leaders to ensure timely deliverables.
Managing oversight of sales administration and support functions to ensure sales productivity, provide client and technical responses to requests for proposals, and create compelling presentations to secure client business. This position supports all sales team members responsible for securing client accounts. Duties include proposal management and sales activity for new, existing, or upsell accounts, including the identification, creation, and/or implementation of enhanced programs and tools to support product development initiatives, sales education and training, workflow illustrations and collateral while also working collaboratively with members of the corporate marketing team to ensure brand integrity and presence.
The Software Developer’s role is to support the organization through the development of software tools for process automation that efficiently and effectively in fulfill business objectives. Duties include solutions development, design, delivery, as well as improvement of existing software applications.
